How to Play:

-Run around at work shooting government agents and pick up the assets they drop

-Press ESC to return to your penthouse

-Use your computer to trade stocks, buy upgrades, and bribe the government for more time(resetting the 'Government Crackdown' timer)

-Walk to your penthouse door to return to work

-Rinse & repeat

-Reach $1,000,000,000 to win

Some neat things & planned updates:

-Stock volatility is based off of their real world counterparts.

-This game isn't built around "runs", you can freely move between rooms with the pause menu at any time and retain your assets.

-When the government crackdown timer runs out, you lose. You are balancing assets versus time. The amount to reset the timer compounds. So it becomes progressively harder to buy time. 

-updates planned to add polish, some more sounds(just use your imagination for now idk), 3 new weapons, a GME event, a Jerome Powell follower perk, 10-20 more stocks. If you have any ideas, feel free to comment.

Number Go Up is in active development. Expect bugs. Expect jank. If you run into a bug please let me know in the comments. Feel free to comment any stocks you would want added to the game. I don't really intend for this to be a "good" game, in the same sense that Monopoly wasn't intended by its creator to be a "good" game.
